Sustainable development

Sustainable development is an organizing principle for meeting human development goals while also sustaining the ability of natural systems to provide the natural resources and ecosystem services on which the economy and society depend. The desired result is a state of society where living conditions and resources are used to continue to meet human needs without undermining the integrity and stability of the natural system. Sustainable development was defined in the 1987 Brundtland Report as "development that meets the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs". As the concept of sustainable development developed, it has shifted its focus more towards economic development, social development, and environmental protection for future generations

During the 2012 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20, Member States agreed to launch a process to develop a set of sustainable development goals (SDGs) to succeed in the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). The SDGs are to address all three dimensions of sustainable development (environmental, economic, and social) and be coherent with and integrated into the United Nations' global development agenda beyond 2015. The envisaged SDGs have a time horizon from 2015 to 2030.

What Gasha Can Do

1. Agriculture

Soil conservation: It is a set of physical, chemical, and mechanical processes that are applied to non-arable soils to make them arable.

Green Cover Maintenance: Re-maintain and rebuild treetops that live for food and damage through fire and flood.

Water Maintenance: Work on the maintenance of water reserves by reducing pollution resulting from excessive use of chemical fertilizers or methods of the wrong disposal of human waste..

2. Livestock

  • Developing the livestock sector through technical and logistical support for breeders and contributing to the growth of high-energy and protein feed sources.
  • Contribute to the addition of new breeders in the wealth sector in order to achieve the contribution of the sufficiency of animal products.
  • Supporting scientific research that works on the efficiency of existing herds by improving animal breeds and feed material.

3. Environmental Protection

  • Contribute to the increase of green surface by proposing and implementing new afforestation projects in sites at risk of desertification and soil erosion.
  • Contribute to the preparation of studies of the tree species most suitable tree species for the local environment through the water need and their contribution to reducing dust.
  • Safe waste disposal.

4. Alternative Energy

  • Spreading awareness about the importance of alternative energy and its contribution to pollution reduction and environmental protection..
  • Study research, introduce efficient alternative energy plans, implement projects .

Why Gasha

Because Gasha understands the Sustainable Development purposes. Before Gasha even start writing, Gasha thinks about the tone of voice and value proposition of the Sustainable Development Because Gasha is easy to work with, take the work seriously, and focus on results. For Gasha, it’s all about what adds value to others. Because Gasha don’t cost the earth. We live on limited resources, and we want to keep a lid on costs.
