WHO ARE WE?

The word Gasha is a Kurdish word and means in English (Growth)

  • Gasha organization has been established in Erbil city, on April 04, 2013, registered as an NGO in Kurdistan Region in Iraq under the code "20-K", and recognized as a non-governmental the name Gasha for Capacity NGO’s and Civil Education.
  • We are registered in the Republic of Iraq under the code "1SD2205011", and recognized as a local non-governmental organization under the name Growth Organization for Sustainable Development and Economic Improvement.

Accuracy, reliability, and objectivity in presenting the data and the information could be achieved through cooperation and joined the experience, and willingness, it can be achieved effectively and efficiently through the development and enhancement of the mechanism of work in Iraq. Enhancing the work effectively and efficiently is the goal of an organization.

OUR OBJECTIVES

  • Our objective is to provide administrative and logistical support to the administrative teams of organizations, institutions, and projects aimed at improving and protecting society through supporting the local efforts in developing the expertise and skills of the local community by providing mechanisms that develop the work.
  • And working on transferring modern technologies in the fields of agriculture, environment, alternative energy, and management from research centers and universities to work fields by providing training, consulting, and financial and administrative services to institutions, organizations, and individuals in order to develop competencies and capabilities.
  • The organization also aims to provide support to societies by providing mechanisms that develop the potential of low-income families by providing sustainable projects and development programs and working to preserve, protect, develop and develop economic resources and protect the environment.

  • NGO Capacity building via developing an Internal auditing framework and management accounting by training about the best practice and advising organizations regarding how to improve accuracy, reliability, and objectivity in presenting the data and the information of the organization.
  • Announcement in writing about (who we are, what our values are, who we serve, and how we implement programs and projects).
  • Relying on databases and studying the local market in the planning and implementation of the organization's programs.
  • Reaching the most needy segments of society through an objective and transparent investigation in the process of collecting information.
  • Empowering vulnerable community groups through training and providing work requirements.
